Please review compatibility, the demo, and the license terms before purchasing. A license covers two active Mac installations, requires internet for initial activation, and allows up to 30 days offline after successful verification.
Your rights still apply
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Stripe Managed Payments provides the merchant of record service and may issue refunds under its own policies, including to address disputes or chargebacks.
Purchase and installation help
Contact support@getcodeck.com for download, activation, or billing problems. Include your purchase email address and order reference. Never send your full license key, payment-card details, task content, prompts, or source code.
Required refunds and reversals
When a refund is required or a payment is reversed, it is handled through Stripe. The associated license may be disabled. Your local projects and provider tasks are not deleted.
